Requirements for obtaining a site plan and demarcation:
1- Submit a site plan and demarcation request.
2- Bring a recent registration document.
3- Modern land plan.
4- Clearance from the municipality’s finances, the roofs and the region.
5- Payment of legal fees based on a financial receipt.
6- All papers shall be handed over to the drawing department in the municipality to draw the plan according to the rules.
7- The plans are audited by the department head.
